Ingredients:

Crantastic Turkey with Gravy

Prep: 5 minutes        Cook: 6-8 hours        Serves: 4-6

Turkey Directions:

Turkey:​

  • 3-4 pound turkey

  • 8oz Small Batch Kitchen CranApple Spread

  • 1 cup of orange juice (pulp free recommended)

  • 1 envelope of Onion Soup Mix (1 ounce)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Gravy:

  • 4 T of cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup of cold water

​

  1. Pour orange juice into 2 cup measuring cup

  2. Add the Small Batch Kitchen CranApple Spread and mix well with a fork

  3. Add envelope of Onion Soup Mix to mixture

  4. Place turkey into the bottom of a crockpot

  5. Pour mixture over the turkey

  6. Cook in crockpot for 6-8 hours on low or 3-5 hours on high until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees

  7. Add salt and pepper to taste

  8. Serve with mashed potatoes & your favorite veggies. Top turkey and mashed potatoes with gravy

Cranberries

Gravy Directions:

  1. Pour juices through strainer into a medium saucepan 

  2. Mix 4 T of cornstarch into 1/2 cup of cold water

  3. Bring juices to boil and add cornstarch/water mixture into the boiling juice mixture a little at a time until it reaches desired thickness
