Quick Lavender Ham

Prep: 2 minutes        Cook: 3-5 minutes        Serves: 2


  • 4 Tablespoons Small Batch Kitchen Lavender Spread (divided)

  • 8 oz ham steak - boneless

  • 1/4 cup diced pineapple (fresh is best, but can use canned)

  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Dice your pineapple and set aside

  2. Add 1.5 Tablespoon of Small Batch Kitchen Lavender Spread to skillet and place ham on top of the Lavender Spread

  3. Cook on medium heat for about 45 seconds to 1 minute (ham should brown slightly)

  4. Spread 1.5 Tablespoon of Lavender Spread to the top of the ham in the skillet and then flip ham over to cook on the other side for another 45 seconds to 1 minute

  5. Add diced pineapples to the skillet and continue cooking on low heat for for another minute

  6. Plate the ham and spread 1 Tablespoon of Lavender Spread over top, letting the heat melt it on top of the ham

  7. Pour pineapples and remaining juices from the pan on top of the ham

  8. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
