Chicken Topped with Goodness
Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 30 minutes Serves: 2

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons Small Batch Kitchen Roasted Garlic Mustard (divided)

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (split in half)

1 cup chicken broth
-
4 slices of bacon
-
2 tablespoons honey

Directions:

Cook bacon in a pan and set to the side to cool. After cool, cut up into pieces

Add chicken to pan and brown on each side, but not cooking all the way through. Set to the side once browned on each side

Add 3/4 cup of chicken broth to pan to deglaze and bring to a boil.

Add 2 tablespoons of Small Batch Kitchen Roasted Garlic Mustard to chicken broth and stir to combine

Add chicken back to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping the breasts at 3 minutes. Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees

Remove chicken from pan and place on a plate

Add remaining chicken broth, Small Batch Kitchen Roasted Garlic Mustard, and 2 tablespoons of honey to the pan and mix until thickened

Top the plated chicken with the sauce from the pan and enjoy!
