Just Peachy Baked Chicken

Prep: 15 minutes        Cook: 30 minutes        Serves: 4


  • 1 large peach

  • 2/3 cup Small Batch Kitchen Peach Ginger Spread

  • 4 chicken breasts (split in half)

  • 2 T brown sugar

  • 1 T soy sauce

  1. Add Small Batch Kitchen Peach Ginger Spread, brown sugar, and soy sauce to a bowl and mix thoroughly. Set aside

  2. Cut peach into thin slices. Set aside

  3. Add chicken to a pan with a little bit of oil and sear on each side for about 2 minutes

  4. Add seared chicken to a 9x12 dish and lay the peach slices on top

  5. Spread the mixture created in step one on top of chicken

  6. Place dish in the oven and cook until chicken reach an internal temperature of 165 degree (typically about 20-30 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken)

  7. Serve with rice and your favorite veggies
