Cheeseburger Pasta

Prep: 5-10 minutes        Cook: 15 minutes        Serves: 4


  • 1 tomato (or 1 cup diced tomatoes)

  • 4oz of Small Batch Kitchen Heirloom Tomato Spread

  • 1/2 lb ground meat (cooked)

  • 16oz of your favorite pasta (recommended: rotini, elbow, or penne)

  • 4oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 cup diced pickles (optional)

  • 1 cup fried onion crisps (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Tomato Sauce Pasta
  1. Dice tomatoes and (optional) pickles

  2. Cook pasta as directed

  3. Brown ground meat in a skillet and drain fat

  4. Add milk, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Small Batch Kitchen Heirloom Tomato Spread to the cooked ground meat and mix until well combined (cheeses should be melted)

  5. Add tomatoes and mix until tomatoes are well-dispersed

  6. Fold the pasta into the meat mixture

  7. Serve and top with your favorite burger toppings such as diced pickles, and/or fried onion crisps

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste
