Never Sausage a Casserole

Prep: 15 minutes        Cook: 40 minutes        Serves: 4-6


  • 5 large eggs

  • 16 oz sausage crumbles

  • 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuits

  • 1 cup Small Batch Kitchen Hot Pepper Spread (divided 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup)

  • Package of your favorite sausage gravy or make your own

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  2. Cook sausage into crumbles in a frying pan

  3. Follow directions for gravy package or make your own

  4. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish

  5. Cut each individual biscuit into quarters and lay flat in baking dish

  6. Whisk together the following: eggs, 1/2 cup SBK Hot Pepper Spread, and milk

  7. Add sausage to the gravy and spread evenly over the biscuits

  8. Pour egg mixture over the top and sprinkle on your cheddar cheese

  9. Cook for 35-40 minutes

  10. Once removed from oven, spread 1/2 cup of SBK Hot Pepper Spread on top for an extra kick

  11. Let cool for 3 minutes before serving
