Ingredients:

Bottoms-Up Cheesy Potatoes

Prep: 5 minutes        Cook: 35-40 minutes        Serves: 4-5

  • 2 Tablespoons Small Batch Kitchen Porter Beer Spread

  • 28 ounces of potatoes

  • 3/4 cup butter

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F

  2. Clean potatoes and cut them in half, score the flat edge of the potatoes with at least 3 lines

  3. In the microwave, melt the butter and Small Batch Kitchen Porter Beer Spread in a 13x9 casserole dish for about 30 seconds (or until melted) and mix together

  4. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the butter and spread mixture

  5. Place your potatoes flat-side down in the butter and cheese

  6. Cook the potatoes in the oven for about 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender
